All projects include a 1-hour call with our post-production coordinator to thoroughly understand your projects' specific technical and creative needs.

Yes! We keep the raw footage for 2 weeks after the project is approved. After said time, it is removed from our servers.

Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit card or paypal credit. Most projects request a 100% prepayment, but different terms can be discussed for specific situations!
